Impressive views from the upper floors overlooking the city.
Took too long to check in despite using the online process.

Room temperature adjustment was a hassle as it started at 18°C, taking a couple of hours to reach a comfortable level. While the main areas looked sharp, there's a disconnect when it comes to the finer details, like the cleanliness in the corners that could use more attention.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! We visited Dudley Zoological Gardens, which was a blast for the kids, especially the Kid's Park. The hotel was super convenient for local attractions and had a great atmosphere. Clean and comfortable stays make it a solid choice, and the breakfast selection was impressive. Just a heads up, the parking fee can be a bit of a shock.

I loved how close the hotel was to Brindley Place, only a short stroll away, and the National SEA LIFE Centre, which was just a few steps further, providing endless opportunities for sightseeing and leisurely walks during my stay. Comfortable stay for a concert
Really nice place to crash after the Hugh Jackman concert! The room was super comfy and spacious. Breakfast was solid with a good spread of options and they even had a Costa coffee on site, which was great for me since I’m not a big drinker. The only thing is it was a bit far from the city centre, but not a major hassle.

missingWrote a review on Jun 20modern decorprime locationslow elevators
Solid location near nightlife attractions, making it a prime spot for adventurers. The room had modern decor and ample natural light, adding to a pleasant ambiance during the stay.
Had some hiccups during the stay. Room service ran out of sandwiches on a busy Saturday night, which wasn't ideal. The shower sporadically released water, creating disturbances at night. Cooling in the room wasn’t effective, leaving it uncomfortably warm. On check-out day, there was no hot water, and even though maintenance was supposedly on it, I had to endure a cold shower. The elevators were slow, leading to some frustrating waits, which is a pain when you're ready to roll out.
